Paying your bill is easy! You can make a secure one-time online payment using your
credit card, debit card or bank account number. There are no additional charges
for paying online.
Electronic payments entered after 7:00 PM EST will be processed on the following business day. Payments entered on a holiday or weekend will be processed on the next business day.
Automatic Bill Payments
Automatic Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is available. With this method your monthly
installment payment is automatically made. Please contact your insurance agent to
request this payment plan.
We understand that fast and efficient claims handling are keys to superior policyholder
service. We are available 24/7 to receive new notices of loss and take appropriate
action. Between 8:00am – 4:30pm ET, Monday – Friday please call 1-800-888-1914 to
report a loss. All other times please call 1-877-858-5361.
